Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Jacob's House Studio facilities and services, including creative directing, studio rentals, production shoots, weddings, photography/videography sessions, and podcast recordings. By making a booking or using our space/services, you agree to comply with the following policies:

1. Bookings

All sessions are strictly by booking only.
Full payment must be made to confirm and validate your booking. A confirmation email or message will be sent upon successful payment.
Clients are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled time. Lateness attracts an additional fee.
For standard bookings, only two guests (the client and one or two additional persons) are allowed in the studio unless stated otherwise.
For group or pre-wedding shoots, a maximum of six people is allowed per booking. Larger groups require special arrangements and prior approval.

2. Rescheduling and Cancellation

All bookings are non-refundable.
Clients may reschedule for another available date within one month of the original booking date, provided a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is given.
Failure to provide timely notice will result in forfeiture of the booking.

3. Studio Rules

Smoking is strictly prohibited within the studio premises.
Eating and drinking inside the studio are not allowed unless part of an approved shoot.
Pets are not permitted in the studio.
Noise levels must be kept reasonable to avoid disturbing other sessions.

4. Loss & Damage of Property

All props, furniture, and studio equipment must be handled with care. Any damages will incur a repair or replacement fee based on the assessed value.
Clients must inform studio staff before moving any items or rearranging furniture.
Please keep hands and feet off the walls and avoid actions that could cause damage to property or décor.

5. Time Management

For large production shoots (e.g., music videos, weddings, maternity, or multi-camera projects), a minimum booking of two hours is required.
Sessions must end within the allotted time. Exceeding the scheduled duration will attract an additional per-minute charge.
Setup and teardown time are included within your booked hours.

6. Creative Directing and Production Services

Creative direction and production services must be booked in advance.
Clients are expected to provide detailed briefs before production. Any changes made during production may affect cost and delivery time.
Final content delivery timelines will be stated in writing prior to project commencement.

7. Liability

Jacob's House Studio will not be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought into the studio.
Clients and their guests assume full responsibility for their conduct and safety while on the premises.
The studio reserves the right to terminate a session if rules are violated or if behavior is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

8. Media Usage

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Jacob's House reserves the right to use behind-the-scenes content or footage for promotional purposes.
Clients who wish to keep their sessions private must notify the studio before the shoot.

9. Acceptance

By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions stated above.
